Termini Station is a wee bit far from the major monuments of Rome, but it is still the main Station and from there you can easily take any direction

From Intercontinental Airport: 'FCO' or 'Leonardo Da Vinci' take the first available train to 'Train Station Ostiense' (This is the same direction to 'Termini Station'). Get out in Ostiense station and take the Metro line: 'B' (heading towards Laurentina) the 2nd stop is Basilica San Paolo, get out here - notice - on 'via G. Gozzi' side, now that you're out the metro, take a left and turn right soon on viale 'G. Imperatore', pass through via 'Gabriello Chiabrera' and turn right at viaLE Leonardo da Vinci. You'll find International hostel Rome on the left hand side at #223.
